Wedding Planning Packages and Prices

We are happy to put together a package for you. The exact price depends on several factors such as the date of the event, specific services included, number of hours spent at the event, etc.

Below are some sample packages. Most packages (and pricing) can be customized to fit your needs and budget. You can either book an existing package or click Price a Package to create a custom one.

Soirée Du Jour Collection Wedding Planning Package

Event Management & Design:
❖ Email and phone communication
❖Three “in person” coordination consultations.

  • -Gameplan & Initial Design meeting:
    ▪ Discuss event preferences & style, and status of current contracts and vendors and event specifics still needed.
    ▪ Design session: Discuss overall vision cohesive design that speaks to bride and groom’s preferences. Review Pinterest board, and discuss potential rentals and décor items to match style of event.
    - SiteVisit: A walk-through at your venue to determine setup, logistics, timeline, event details and flow.
    - Presentation + Finalization Meeting: Between 1-2 months prior to event, to discuss day-of presentation materials, including stationery, signage, pending décor decisions, and determine any remaining to-do’s.
    ▪ Review the initial event production schedule.
    ▪ Final review of Pinterest board and overall event design.
    ❖ Create detailed venue diagram, using exact dimensions of the space and table sizes for accurate set up and seating arrangement.
  • - Up to 3 revisions included.
    ❖ Décor acquisition: - Order + secure event rentals at client selection + discretion, providing client with10-30% vendor discount.
    - Including: linens + napkins, lighting, draping, specialty chairs, stationery, signage, and print materials.
    ❖ Compilation of Event Production Schedule: to include detailed timeline of all vendor arrivals, deliveries, set up and decoration specifics, transportation logistics, bridal party schedule, photography schedule, ceremony flow, and any and all event details
    ❖ Contact with all vendors prior to the event to confirm event schedule and set up details, create synergy, and begin collaboration as the “go-to” on-site professional for event day.
    ❖ Attendance at your rehearsal* and coordination of all elements of your ceremony as needed by officiant.* Attendance is based on day and time of scheduled rehearsal. Should scheduled rehearsal time conflict with a scheduled event, every effort will be made to have a coordinator attend. It is recommended that you discuss rehearsal time with LS prior to confirming any reservations or plans.Day of Event Management:
    ❖ Up to 10 hours with you lead designer and 1 additional event personnel.
    ❖ Point of contact for all participating event professionals, bridal party and family. The “go-to” person for all calls and questions.
    ❖ Management on the “day of” to ensure your hired professionals are where they need to be and on time. LS to assist event professionals with transitions & and important details throughout the event.
    ❖ Set-up of event details, including, centerpieces, candles, signage, escort cards, menu cards, favors, photos, guest book, toasting flutes, and any other specialty items at your reception.
    ❖ Ensure seating and tables are per the documented arrangements, and all ordered items are in place and as directed.❖ Distribution and of flowers, corsages, and boutonnieres for all bridal party and persons of recognition.
    ❖ Coordination of the bridal party, guest ushering, and flow at your ceremony.
    ❖ Distribution of final vendor payments to be made on the day of.
    ❖ End of the event breakdown, loading of gifts, rentals, keepsakes and returnable items.
    Available add-on: Ceremony and/or reception venue acquisition is available, including scheduling + attending site visits, for an additional cost of $500.00

    Soiree Forte Collection Wedding Planning Package

    Partial Planning, Design, and Event Production
    ❖ Everything included in the Soirée Du Jour Collection, plus:
    ❖ Mock up/Samples Meeting: Meet at venue to view mock up table/s. Preview options for
    linens, napkins, specialty chairs, chargers, stationery, along with florals provided by client
    selected designer*.
    *Fees for rental items or cost for florals may apply
    ❖ Major Rentals Acquisition:
    o Order + secure event rentals at client selection + discretion, providing client with10-20% vendor discount
    o Including: tents, structures, portable restrooms, tables, displays, flooring, hanging installations
    ❖ Personalized Vendor Team Building:
    o Initiatecommunication+contractnegotiationwithhandpickedeventprofessionals to suit your style, personality, budget + needs.
    ▪ Catering: Provide introductions, review and negotiate up to two proposals, assist with selection, as needed. Work with caterer along the way to
    determine necessary rentals and event particulars.
    ▪ Photographer/Videographers: Provide links to portfolios for client review, request any LS incentives, and assist with final selection, as needed.
    ▪ Floral Designer: Continue to work directly with floral designer and client to create and ensure cohesive design, maximize budget, and ensure all
    details are covered.
    ▪ Entertainment: Band, DJ, Ceremony Music, misc performers
    ❖ Transportation: Development of transportation schedule and logistics associated with the
    wedding party and guest shuttles
    ❖ Guest Accommodations: Arrange hotel blocks for out of town guest accommodations for up
    to 3 hotels
    Day of Event Management:
    ❖ Everything included in the Soirée Du Jour Collection with a few upgrades:
    ❖ Up to 12 hours serving as your professional event manager and point of contact on your
    special wedding day, 2 hours the day prior, with your lead designer, and up to 2 event personnel.

    La Luna Grande Collection Wedding Planning Package

    Full-Service Planning, Design, and Event Production
    ❖ Everything included in the Soirée Forte Collection, plus:
    ❖ Unlimited email and phone communication throughout the planning process, with monthly
    meetings for up-to-date planning logistics.
    ❖ Budget worksheet –
    o Creation of a personalized budget, outlining estimated costs,and updating with actual costs.
    o Review of budget, as needed to determine areas to save and splurge.
    o Vendorpayment+depositreminders
    ❖ Create a personalized wedding website for the bride and groom, with information about accommodations, registry, local attractions and other weekend particulars.
    o Client to provide personal particulars and information about the wedding party.
    ❖ Use industry knowledge and established industry relationships and connections to secure the most ideal venue, and build the best possible vendor team suited for the client’s style, preferences and budget.
    ❖ Acquire and facilitate all vendor contracts and event details as needed by client, including, but not limited to: Venue/s, Catering, Flowers, Decor, Tents, Installations, Major Rentals, Chairs, Tables, Textiles, Photography/Videography, Cake/Desserts, Hotel blocks, Stationery, signage, and print materials, Lighting, Draping, Reception Entertainment, Ceremony Musicians, Transportation, Hair + Make-up Services, Officiant, Wedding Party Attire
    ❖ Attend any and all appointments and consultations with various vendors, including, but not limited to: Caterer Appointments, Menu Tasting, Reception Site Meetings, Décor Showroom Visits, Cake Consultations, Floral Design Meetings.
    ❖ Manage Contracts and Payments on behalf of the client
    o Client to sign all contracts, LS to assist with facilitation.
    o Payments: Client may provide credit card authorization form to LS to facilitate all or some payments or client can pay vendors directly by check or
    credit card.
    ❖ Assembly of hotel gift bags for out-of-town guests, including the acquisition of maps and information about local attractions.
    Note: Client is responsible for the cost of bags and items. Luna Soiree will facilitate and provide receipts with invoice.
    ❖ Prepare bridal party weekend timeline/itinerary, keeping you on track with appointments, to-do’s, and schedule of events.
    Day of Event Coordination:
    ❖ Everything included in the Soirée Forte Collection, with a few upgrades:
    ❖ Full day unlimited coordination with a lead coordinator and on-site contact on your special
    wedding day, 3 hours on the day prior, with your lead designer and 3 event personnel.
    Available add-on: Luna Soiree may be contracted to assist with your entire wedding weekend, including, but not limited to: Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Reception, Guest Tours + Activities, Next Day Brunch.
