These Vendor Terms & Conditions ("Vendor Terms") apply to every business, vendor, advertiser, or partner ("you", "Vendor") that creates a vendor account, claims a listing, or purchases any paid service on WeddingVenture.com ("WeddingVenture", "we", "us"). They are in addition to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; where they conflict on a vendor matter, these Vendor Terms control. By creating a vendor account, checking the acceptance box at registration, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use your vendor account, you agree to these Vendor Terms.
1. Vendor accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login, contact, and billing information current and accurate. You must register only a business you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and payment method on file and for reviewing communications we send to that address.2. Paid subscriptions and automatic renewal
- Subscriptions auto-renew. Paid vendor plans are recurring subscriptions. Unless and until you cancel, each plan automatically renews at the end of its billing cycle (for example monthly or annually), and you authorize WeddingVenture (and its payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal) to charge your payment method on file the then-current fee for each renewal cycle, including any applicable taxes, without further action by you.
- Renewals continue regardless of use. Your subscription renews and is billed whether or not you log in, use the service, or receive leads during the cycle. Non-use is not cancellation.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription. It is your responsibility to track your active subscriptions and renewal dates and to cancel if you no longer want the service. We are not obligated to send a reminder or notice before each renewal, although we may choose to do so.
- Renewal continues even if a charge initially fails; we may retry the payment method on file.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time from your vendor dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid features remain active through the end of the billing cycle already paid for; they are not extended or pro-rated.
- All fees are non-refundable. Except where required by law, WeddingVenture does not provide refunds or credits for any fees already charged, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods during which you did not log in or use the service.
- No retroactive refunds. We do not refund charges from prior or past billing cycles. This expressly includes situations where a Vendor forgot about, overlooked, or did not use a subscription and later requests a refund for one or more previous periods. Your acceptance of these Vendor Terms and the recurring-charge authorization in Section 2 apply to each such period.
- Any refund or credit we may choose to grant is at our sole discretion, applies only to the specific instance, and is not a waiver of this policy.
4. Fees and price changes
We may change plan features and pricing. Price changes apply to future billing cycles; we will make current pricing available before renewal, and your continued subscription after a change constitutes acceptance of the new price for subsequent cycles.5. Chargebacks
If you dispute or reverse (charge back) a payment for services that were validly provided under these Vendor Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account and listings and pursue amounts owed. Please contact us first to resolve any billing question.6. Listings, content, and conduct
- You grant WeddingVenture a non-exclusive license to display the business information, text, and images you submit. You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you provide and that it is accurate and not misleading.
- You may not post false, deceptive, infringing, or unlawful content, impersonate another business, or register a business without authorization. WeddingVenture may, at its sole discretion and without liability, review, edit, decline, suspend, remove, retire, or redirect any listing or account — including for suspected fraud, abuse, third-party/unauthorized listings, or violation of these Vendor Terms.
- You are solely responsible for your dealings with couples and other users, including your services, pricing, contracts, communications, and conduct.
