About
Froggsong Gardens is a private 17-acre garden wedding venue on Vashon Island, a short ferry ride from Seattle. We welcome approximately 80–150 guests, with outdoor ceremony settings, a covered dining pavilion, a dance floor, and air-conditioned Frogghall with five bathrooms. Our $14,000 flat venue fee includes exclusive use of the gardens and event spaces, furnishings, custom setup, event-operations labor, cleanup, supplies, taxes and venue fees. Required in-house wedding planning and coordination is a separate $2,000 service, from contract through wedding-day coordination. Honey and Harmony is our exclusive caterer and bar-service provider; catering and bar services are contracted separately. Guest event hours are 3–10 p.m. Frogghall accommodates up to 50 seated or 150 standing guests. 2027 is sold out; we are booking 2028. Contact Steve for a private tour.

We are happy to put together a package for you. The exact price depends on several factors such as the date of the event, specific services included, number of hours spent at the event, etc.

Your Wedding Made Easy — Venue and Required Planning Wedding Venues Package
$14,000 venue fee plus $2,000 required in-house wedding planning and coordination. Includes exclusive use of the private 17-acre gardens and event spaces, furniture and fixtures, custom setup, event-operations labor, cleanup, venue supplies, taxes and venue fees. Planning support runs from contract through wedding-day coordination. For approximately 80–150 guests. Honey & Harmony catering and bar services are additional and contracted separately. 2027 is sold out; booking 2028.
