fast forward to 2018 mercers catering has grown from a one-woman operation doing a couple of events per day to one of edmonton's premier caterers with 50+ full and part-time staff doing over 4,000 events annually.
with our recent honours as the 2018 top choice mark of excellence winner and the 2017 edmonton event award for best caterer, and being awarded a 5 year contract with the alberta government to serve the premier and visiting dignitaries at black-tie events, we look forward to many more years serving the wonderful people and businesses of edmonton!
