Samantha & Steve Healy 9/8/2018 Working with Deepa on our most special day gave us a peace of mind that is hard to describe. Our main goal was to have a relaxed day allowing us to soak up as much of it as possible and Deepa made that a reality for us. She knows the day’s importance firsthand and her main concern is to create a flawless and unforgettable day for you. Deepa’s professionalism and pride in her work was evident from the outset. She requested a contact list of all people involved in the day and contacted them all to ensure they were fully aware of their role and that they would be there on time. She was our liaison between all vendors and had everything finalized for us before the big day. If any problems arose, we never knew about them. She thought of every tiny detail- most of which we would have overlooked ourselves. If it wasn’t for Deepa these could have snowballed into issues on the day of, but she had thought of them days before so they never came to pass. Deepa was there for us to troubleshoot everything and she would have only brought things to our attention if it was imperative (and thankfully never had to!) When we were off-site for our first look and photo shoot prior to the ceremony we literally didn’t have a concern in the world because we knew Deepa was back at the venue more concerned about it going well than we were. We cannot stress enough how much our confidence in Deepa allowed us to be truly present during our special day. We did not want stress taking away from our moment which is why we can’t recommend her services enough. To top it off, we were just so happy to have her as a part of our day regardless of her role as planner. She and her husband, Renaldo, are just such wonderful and positive people that their presence alone will enhance your special day. They are both genuine and caring people who will put their heart and soul into making your wedding day perfect. Jessica and Clinton Reid 10/20/2018 Deepa was hired as a day of coordinator but went above and beyond what she was supposed to do. Only a few weeks before our wedding we decided we should hire a day of coordinator. I decided to go with Deepa. We met a few weeks before the wedding and went over all of the details. She asked questions I hadn’t thought of and helped make sure our plan was on point. Leading up to the wedding we kept in contact and let her know of any changes to the schedule. The night before the wedding we received a message from the company that we hired to make mini donuts during the dance. They told us that they could not come and had to cancel on us. Even though this was not part of Deepa’s job, I called her and told her I just could not deal with this stress and needed her help! Deepa took the reigns and got our deposit back from the company, then found a local bakery to make our donuts the morning of the wedding. She took that stress away from us and we were so thankful. Deepa was professional and organized and kept the day running smoothly. Not once did a staff member come up and ask me questions. We would definitely recommend Cleare Events for anyone who is looking for a wedding coordinator. It was worth every penny!
