Eugene's Tailor Shop was founded back in July of 1995 by current owner Eugene Naroditsky. After enjoying a fruitful, ten-year career in Europe as a designer and tailor, Eugene decided to take his passions abroad to the States, where his expertise has helped him successfully navigate the Philadelphian waters of fashion for over 25 years.
